Detailed Itinerary:
Before our tour starts, our friendly tour guide will meet you either at the Hanoi Opera House (our designated pick-up spot) or your hotel in the Old Quarter. They will warmly welcome you and briefly introduce you, ensuring you have all the information you need for an enjoyable tour. Once we're ready, we'll begin our exciting journey together.
At 8:00 AM: Our UAZ will pick you up at the Hanoi Opera House/ your hotel at the Old Quarter
Around 8:30AM : We will arrive at Ninh So Village
Located along the Red River, Ninh So commune in Thuong Tin district is known as one of the famous traditional villages of rattan and bamboo weaving.
Bamboo and rattan weaving has been around since the 19th century. The bamboo weaving profession emerged out of this necessity for a means of support, and it is now used both for agricultural purposes as well as being sold and presented at local and international fairs and exhibitions.
Take a look around an artisan's workshop, catch a glimpse of Vietnamese traditional craft culture, and watch how they completely transform each rattan and bamboo fiber to produce elegant goods that enthrall people.
Around 10:00 AM: We will continue our journey at Hạ Thái Village
Hạ Thái Lacquer village is located about 17km south of Hanoi, in Duyên Thái Commune, Thường Tín district. The community began as a ward and its major occupation was to paint and gild items for monarchs and royalty.
In 2020, Hạ Thái was officially recognized by the People's Committee of Hanoi as a tourist destination.
In a small little alley, there's a lacquer workshop, Meet Trần Công Dũng - a talented artist who helps bring lacquer painting closer to many people.
While looking around the workshop we'll know more about lacquerware, how they are made and maybe try your hand at making them.
Around 11:00 AM: We will have lunch at a Riverside Restaurant
Going to the countryside, we absolutely cannot miss trying some folk cuisine. Curious about what the Vietnamese have for their daily meal? We got you covered.
This restaurant serves the most genuine folk dishes that would make your mouth water.
Around 12:00 PM: We will go on a local ferry across the Red River.

At 12:30 PM: Drop off at the Hanoi Opera House/your hotel in the Old Quarter
