Itinerary

8:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Pick-Up & Departure

Pick-Up: The adventure begins when your guide and the UAZ Jeep pick you up from your hotel or meeting point. The UAZ Jeep is a unique, classic vehicle, known for its durability and off-road capabilities. This will be a fun and different way to travel compared to regular tours.
Tour Introduction: As you start your journey, your guide will tell you about the history of the UAZ Jeep. You'll learn why it's so special and how it has been used for exploring different terrains.

Scenic Drive: Your trip will take you over Chuong Duong Bridge, a historical landmark connecting two districts of Hanoi. From the bridge, enjoy beautiful views of the Red River and the surrounding city.
Stop at Guava Garden: Along the way,  you will make a short stop at a guava garden where you can taste fresh, delicious guavas. It’s a great opportunity to stretch your legs and enjoy some local fruit.

9:00 AM – 11:30 AM: Explore Bat Trang Village

Visit the 100-Year-Old Pottery Kiln: Upon arrival at Bat Trang Village, you’ll visit a 100-year-old pottery kiln. This is where you’ll see traditional pottery-making techniques that have been passed down for generations. Your guide will explain the process of creating pottery, from shaping the clay to firing it in the kiln.

Discover Bat Trang Village: Take a walk through the narrow streets of Bat Trang Village. You’ll see traditional houses, old walls, and a blend of French colonial and local architecture. The village has a unique charm, with a mix of history and culture.
Meet Local Artisans: Visit local pottery workshops and meet the artisans who make these beautiful works of art. You’ll learn about their craft and how they create pottery, and you might even get a chance to try it yourself!

Pottery-Making Experience: This is the highlight of the tour! You’ll have the chance to make your own pottery. Under the guidance of a skilled artisan, you can create a small piece of pottery to take home as a souvenir.
Tea Break: Relax and enjoy a traditional tea break, served in Bat Trang teapots and cups. This is a perfect way to unwind and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the village.

11:30 AM – 12:00 PM: Traditional Bat Trang Lunch

Lunch: After the pottery experience, you will enjoy a delicious traditional lunch. Bat Trang is known for its authentic Vietnamese cuisine, so you’ll have the chance to try local dishes made from fresh, regional ingredients.

12:00 PM: Return & Drop-Off

After lunch, the UAZ Jeep will take you back to your hotel or the meeting point, ending the tour.

End of Tour!
