Bát Tràng Pottery Village is a noteworthy example of Vietnam's long-standing traditional craft villages. Not only is Bát Tràng Pottery Village a site to preserve Hanoi's ancient culture but is also one of Vietnam's major pottery suppliers. After many ups and downs, Bát Tràng Pottery Village is now a very popular tourist site, drawing lots of visitors who want to see how ceramics are made and purchase the greatest gifts for their friends and family.

Some notable attractions in Bát Tràng:

Bát Tràng Ancient Village

One of the places you shouldn't miss when visiting Bát Tràng is the ancient village, which is thought to be around 700 years old.

There are a lot of small alleys running around the village with moss-covered walls that have been tinted with the colors of the past. You can find traditional houses hidden in these small alleyways. Your images will undoubtedly look amazing against the backdrop of these traditional Vietnamese houses.

Lò Bầu Cổ - The Old Dragon Kiln

A must-visit location in Bat Trang village for tourists. Lo Bau Co, a 19th-century invention, is thought to be Bát Tràng Village's last extant ancient kiln.

Visiting Lo Bau, visitors seem to understand the traditional process of making a ceramic product of our ancestors. At Lo Bau Co, there will be a pottery-making yard for visitors who want to experience pottery-making activities here.

Bát Tràng Pottery Market

Walking along the Pottery Market in front of the village is a fascinating activity that offers both sightseeing and shopping opportunities.

The Market is filled with a wide array of handy artifacts crafted by talented local artisans, showcasing a variety of sizes and colors. When you visit Bat Trang village, it is highly recommended to purchase pottery products as souvenirs for your friends and relatives.
